Give Yourself A Grin
Woken up in a funny (p*ssed off) mood and not sure why?
Go look at yourself in the mirror and put on your widest grin! Just doing that will go some way to making you feel better. While you are at it you can give yourself some positive re-inforcement saying to yourself how wonderful, happy or attractive you are or anything that is going to help in that moment.
You are your own best friend so make yourself feel happy! :-)
